Google’s Knol-Is It The New Wikipedia?

Published by speel00 at 5:37 pm under website reviews Edit This

Google, is always finding way to expand and to compete with the big leads(ie:Microsoft and Yahoo). But is trying to compete with wikipedia.org crossing over the edge?

Wikipedia is a hug sucess within itself, with just over 2,539,902 articles in english alone, should speak for it self. But what I also like about Wikipedia is the fact that its runs on donations alone! Googles Knol(which is in beta stage now) is just inĀ  baby stage right now and it could grow into something more, but I doubt that it can beat Wikipedia.

What do you think about Knol? Will you still use Wikipedia?
